Learn to work in team
What makes a student a promising element is his/her ability to work in team. The more a student is trained to produce collective works, the easier it will be for him/her to work in a corporate environment.
Therefore, we choose the candidates among those who are the most capable of being efficient in team work.
During the year, students are asked to produce a lot team work, which are taken into account for the final results.
In the aggregate, team work accounts for 40% of the student’s final result, the other half being allocated to the professional thesis and any other individual work.
It is thus very important for our students to consider team work as a preliminary training to their professional insertion.
