Accomodation
The city of Toulouse is famous for being favoured by students. As a consequence, there are lots of housing facilities in the town and its outskirts. A lot of residences have been built along the Garonne River, which makes them ideal places to live in and discover the French gentle way of life.
But because students come and go very quickly, vacancies are immediately taken up. In addition, from October onwards, students’ places start being fully booked, which makes it hard for late comers to find a place at reasonable prices.
Therefore, it is recommended that students come a little early – July or August in order to be able to find a place and settle quietly before the beginning of classes.
There are several ways to find a place in Toulouse.
You can start by this site:

Accommodation Sharing
- Living in a family
Every year, some students of our Specialized Mastères choose to live with the families offering to provide accommodation and sometimes meals in exchange of financial compensation.
The advantage of this choice is of course that the student will be able to enjoy a greater comfort in general while paying a lower rent.
The students who are interested can find the details of some families by contacting associations and checking the list of the office at the ground floor.
- Living with other students
Similarly, there is also the possibility to share flats with other students. The advantages of this solution are more or less the same since students will be able to have a larger space to live in while paying a reasonable rent.
Students looking for shared accommodation usually place offers in the newspaper and can be found via associations.
